Nick M. (London, UK)
“I felt such a change in my confidence, in that I was able to apply for things that had previously been a 'what if?', such as standup comedy, and also starting my own business."
Amanda B. (UK)
"I felt you were on the journey with me, I liked that we shared the joy but also explored a goal that empowered me to move forward. You allowed space for me to regulate my emotions. I like the humour in the session and your attention to detail."
Lara L. (Valencia, Spain)
“I’ve dealt with a fair share of imposter syndrome, questioning if I really belong or if I’m “good enough.” Estelle helped me navigate those challenges in a way that felt completely unique and personal. Her approach to helping me face imposter syndrome? Completely game-changing.”

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
01
How does coaching work?
Coaching typically involves a series of one-on-one sessions between the coach and the client. These sessions focus on setting and working towards goals, overcoming obstacles, and making meaningful changes. The coach's role is to ask questions, provide feedback, and guide the client towards finding their own solutions.
02
Who can benefit from coaching?
Anyone can benefit from coaching. Whether you're looking to improve your confidence, navigate a career transition, manage personal challenges, prevent burnout before it escalates, or enhance your overall quality of life, coaching can provide the tools and guidance you need.
03
Is coaching confidential?
Yes, coaching is a confidential process! As a coach, I work in accordance with the Coaching Code of Ethics and Good Practice, and I will treat all the information you share with me as strictly confidential, unless the release of information is required by law or unless I fear there might be a danger to you or others.
My notes are password-protected and will be destroyed 6 months after our last session.
04
What kind of coach are you?
I like to see each coaching journey as a partnership. Think of it as an alliance: we are here to meet your needs.
As your coach, I'm here to fully support you, but also challenge you, and provide you with guidance in exploring the areas of focus that you choose to address during our coaching sessions.
I am here to offer you a safe space where you are listened to, where you can freely open up, express your feelings and your thoughts without the fear of being judged.
Imposter Syndrome - A few facts
What is the Imposter Syndrome?
"Impostor syndrome is the belief that we're not as intelligent, capable, or competent as other people "think" we are. These feelings exist despite concrete evidence of our past accomplishments and abilities - resulting in an ever-present fear of being exposed as an impostor, fake, or fraud." Dr Valerie Young
Dr Young is the leading expert on impostor syndrome, and I've had the privilege to complete The Impostor Syndrome-Informed Coach™ Training under her guidance, among others.
Can Imposter Syndrome affect anyone?
Unfortunately, yes. Imposter Syndrome can affect anyone, regardless of their job or social status, but it's particularly common among high achievers, perfectionists, or individuals in new roles or environments.
In fact, about one-third of young people suffer from it, and 70% of everyone else is likely to experience it at some point in their lives.
Imposter or impostor?
Both spellings are valid (I tend to use “imposter” though).
Imposter Syndrome or Imposter Phenomenon?
“Imposter Syndrome” is not only the most popular term, but also the most inaccurate as we're not talking about a disease or a disorder.
"Imposter Phenomenon" was used by Suzanne Imes and Pauline Clance when they first introduced the term in 1978.
